Eric's Walking!!!!!

Eric took his first momentous steps Monday evening, right before Tim got home. He started out taking 4 or 5, got up to 8 on the first night, and today (Wednesday) walked from the kitchen to the living room (more than 20 steps)! We can tell this is going to be a VERY quick process! He knows he's doing something great and tries over and over. We officially have a toddler!

Weekend with the Schoenings

While Marisa and Tim played at the Columbus Zoo's "Zoofari", Grandma and Grandpa Schoening stayed and played with Eric. A win-win!

After the Schoenings left, Eric learned a new trick - how to climb in and out of his wagon! I know it doesn't sound safe, but after about 100 times of mom getting him out, we decided it might be best for him to "learn on his own" that it might not be the best thing. For right now, it's way too much fun to stay out!

Visit to Charleston

Marisa and Eric spent a week in Charleston to re-fuel and spend some much needed time with the grandparents. Tim and Bailey came in for the weekend and it was overall a wonderful week! We are definitely going to do it again!!!
